You must select the volume to hold the MailCenter. This must be a locally mounted volume, you cannot create new MailCenters on a machine not running QM Server. In other words, the machine you are using must have the volume the MailCenter will be stored on and it must be the start up volume.
NOTE: For File Based MailCenters this still holds true, the structure for the MailCenter must be set up on a volume mounted by the machine running QM Administrator.
